Join us for an extraordinary dining experience as Kurumba collaborates with NADU to present a unique fusion of South Indian and Sri Lankan cuisine, skilfully curated with a modern twist.

Indulge in the expertise of culinary maestros, including Shashank ‘Shanky’ Achuta, the 2024 NSW Good Food Guide Young Chef of the Year (Brasserie 1930), and Vivek Vinoharan, a finalist for the VIC Good Food Guide Young Chef of the Year 2024 (Lilac Wine bar).

Additionally, savour the creations of Kurumba's own father-and-son culinary trio, featuring head chef Augustus, along with Travin and Jason De Hoedt.

Starting at $110 per person, guests can anticipate a collaborative five-course menu with options to add supplementary courses (dietaries can be accommodated upon booking requests)
